All prizes are purchased by us personally for you at reputable retailers to ensure your prize is authentic and delivered to you in its original packaging. We will also include all original documents and paperwork where applicable for items purchased from private dealers.

We assign your draw number at random, you can easily locate your ticket number by reviewing your orders. This can be done by signing into your account and reviewing your recent orders, you can also find your draw numbers in your order confirmation email.  

As soon as the winner is drawn items will be shipped within 72 hours. Due to the value of these items we always use a signed delivery service so we will contact you to arrange a suitable day before booking the courier.
